when I arrived in Porto, around 19h30min, the temperature outside (according to a panel in the airport) was 16 degrees

... not everywhere... when I came home this morning, it was snowing and temperature was around zero. The country is covered with snow...
Here it is barely above zero, been around +2-3 during the day.

great weather here in Rome. But I want the snow !!!!!
I noticed on Monday that it was colder here than Brussels, but very dry. Yesterday it rained all day - and the significant thing is that it was so unusual that it was noticeable - this would NOT have been the case a few years ago! and now today we have sunshine again.
